OPAP S.A., according to the provision of Article 9, par. 5 of Law 3556/2007, and in order to estimate and determine the limits of acquisition or disposal of significant blocks of shares by shareholders or holders of voting rights, informs the investor public that the company's share capital amounts to 95,700,000 euros, which is divided by 319,000,000 common registered shares with voting rights, with a nominal value of 0.30 euros per share.
