"Greek Organization of Football Prognostics S.A.", in compliance with Article 19(2) of Law 3556/2007, announces that they intend to amend, reword and supplement the statutory scope of OPAP S.A. (Article 2 of the Articles of Association) so as to promote and mainly ensure the organization, operation and holding of games in a socially responsible manner and that they also intend to amend, abolish, supplement and renumber the provisions of the Articles of Association of OPAP S.A. and codify them anew for the purpose of functionality and adaptation to Codified Law 2190/1920, as in force following amendment by Law 3604/2007 "Reformulation and amendment of Codified Law 2190/1920 on societes anonyme, and other provisions" (Government Gazette Α' 189/8.8.2007), in pursuance of Article 79(10) of this law and the relevant discretion provided until 8.8.2008, by way of decision of the General Meeting that will be convened on 11 June 2008, Wednesday at 12:00 at TITANIA Hotel (52, Panepistimiou St.).
