OPAP S.A. announces to the shareholders that, pursuant to article 13.1 of the Agreement dated 31.07.2007 between OPAP SA and the consortium INTRALOT SA -ΙNTRALOT INTERNATIONAL LTD and Betting Company SA, the latter exercised in writing its put option right whereby it is entitled to transfer to OPAP S.A the ownership of the technological infrastructure mentioned in the above Agreement.

The total fee amounts to euro 20 million (plus VAT) and is payable in 9 equal quarterly instalments.

It should be noted that the above mentioned option right has been recorded in the Company's Financial results.
