OPAP S.A., announces pursuant to article 21 of Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 27/10/2008, Mr. M. Koukis, General Director of the Company (substantial holder according to article 13 of L.3340/2005), proceeded in the purchase of 360 company shares of net value six thousand four hundred fourty seven euros and sixty five cents (euro 6.447,65).
