OPAP S.A., following the 24.11.2008 Board of Directors' resolution for the distribution of interim dividend for the fiscal year 2008 and pursuant to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange regulation, announces the updated intended corporate actions plan (Financial Calendar) for the FY 2008 as follows:

Monday, December 15th, 2008: Declared Date for 2008 interim dividend beneficiaries, closing of the Athens Stock Exchange Session.

Tuesday, December 16th, 2008: Cut off interim dividend date.

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008: Payment of the interim dividend commences, and will be processed through the National Bank of Greece.

Interim dividend: euro 0.80 per share (before 10% withholding tax), net value of euro 0.72 per share.
