According to article 21, Law 3556/ 2007 and in combination to article 11 of the Capital Market Committee's decision No. 1/ 434/ 3.7.2007, OPAP S.A. announces that Mr. Goulas Anastasios Ilias, General Manager of Stixima Division of the Company (and liable person according to Law 3340/ 2005), sold 200 company shares of net value (euros 4.268,00) Four thousand Two hundred Sixty Eight Euros on the 9th of January 2009.
