Thursday 11.6.2009: FY 2008 Dividend Payment
Tuesday 25.8.2009: Announcement of the H1 2009 Financial Results
Monday 23.11.2009: Announcement of the 9M 2009 Financial Results
* In accordance with the new, revised ATHEX Rulebook, starting on Jan 1st 2009, corporate actions take place based on "record dates". Based on the new rule, beneficiaries of the corporate action (in this case of the dividend) are those investors who are registered in the DSS on the relevant record date.
The Company would like to clarify that the results will be released after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day, at the Company's website (www.opap.gr) as well as the website of Athens Exchange (www.athex.gr). The following working day the financial results will be published to the press.
Dividend will be paid according to ATHEX regulation through a credit institution (bank) and details of the dividend payment procedure will be announced by the company in the near future.
