February 26, 2009 OPAP S.A. following previous announcement (dd. 12/2/2009) and according to article 2 par. 2 of the Capital Markets Commission decision 3/347/12.07.2005, clarifies that BoD decided upon the election of Mr. Theodoros K. Vardas as independent non-executive member in replacement of the resigned independent non-executive member Mr. Michael G. Galanis.
