OPAP SA according to article 2 par. 2 of the Capital Markets Commission decision 3/347/12.07.2005, announces to the investing public that, OPAP's BoD, on its 11th/10-04-09 session, unanimously decided upon the election of the independent, non-executive member of the Board, Mr Konstantinos M. Maratos, in replacement of the resigned independent, non-executive member of the Board Mr Theodoros K. Vardas for the remaining term of office.
