Hellenic Postbank according to article 10 of law 3340/2005, informs the investment public, the shareholders and any other interested party that has participated in the share capital increase of Attica Bank S.A. through the reinvestment of the final dividend for the year 2007, which took place on July, 17th 2008. The Bank acquired 792,262 new "TATT" shares.
The now total percentage participation of the Hellenic Postbank towards the share capital of Attica Bank S.A. amounts to 19.74%.
