In line with European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, Article 4, TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. announces that pursuant to the relevant AGM and BoD resolutions of, respectively, 2 May and 30 May 2008, on 31 October 2008 it bought back 105,000 own shares of a total value of euro 509,720.00 Euro at an average purchase price of euro 4,85 Euro per share via a member of Athens Exchange.
