TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. announces, in accordance with Regulation of the Commission of the European Community no. 2273/2003, article 4, par. 4, that following the decision of the Annual General Assembly of Shareholders (dated May, 2nd, 2008) and the resolution of its Board of Directors (dated on May 30th, 2008), it purchased own shares, via a member of Athens Exchange, as follows; -on December, 22th 2008, were purchased 19,230 shares, with average cost price 4.83€ per share and total purchase price 92,882.90€.
