TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A. announces that as of Monday, July 13th, 2009, 142,232,982 new ordinary registered shares of nominal value of 3.70 Euros per share (henceforth the "New Shares") will commence trading on the Athens Exchange ("ATHEX"). The New Shares were issued via a share capital increase by cash contribution by virtue of the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly held on April 22nd, 2009.
The ATHEX, on July 9th, 2009, approved the admission to trading of the 142,232,982 New Shares on ATHEX. The New Shares will be registered, on the day of commencement of trading, with each shareholder's individual dematerialized securities account at the Dematerialised Securities System.
