TT HELLENIC POSTBANK S.A., pursuant to article 4.1.3.1 par. XII of Athens Exchange Regulation, announces that the regular tax audit for fiscal years 2007 and 2008 has just been concluded.

The accounted books were judged accurate and sufficient. None irregularity or omission affecting the accounts΄ validity have been identified.

The tax audit resulted to taxes of EUR 1,832.14 th. and EUR 1,278.05 th. respectively.

However, a relevant provision of EUR 3.10 mil. has been formed and consequently there will not be any additional burden on its financial results (2009) and equity.
