Athens Stock Exchange listed company ATTI-KAT S.A. (ATTIK GA), which is active in constructions sector, announced the sale of the company ATTICA TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. in Hellas On Line S.A., a broad band service provider in Greece. Shareholders of ATTICA TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A. were ATTI-KAT S.A. together with construction companies JP AVAX S.A. and ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A. (ELTEX GA). All three companies sold together all their stocks in ATTICA TELECOMMUNICATIONS S.A., which is now a 100% subsidiary of Hellas On Line S.A.
