Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights according to Law 3556/2007
September 4, 2008 TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that in accordance with article 14 para 3 of Law 3556/2007 and after the written notification received from THE PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION on 4/9/2008, the percentage of the above mentioned shareholder exceeded the percentage of 5% and now holds 9,748% of the voting rights of the Company because of donation of deceased ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS.
