November 6, 2006 M.J.Maillis SA announces that Mr. H. Stavrinoudakis, is leaving from his position as Managing Director in order to engage in other business activities. Mr. H.Stavrinoudakis remains in the Board of Directors and will continue to support the Group as Management Advisor.
Mr. M. J. Maillis, Chairman of the Board of Directors, was appointed new Managing Director. Mr. Maillis expressed his appreciation for Mr. Stavrinoudakis, thanked him for his accomplishments as Managing Director and his contributions to the company and the Group. Mr. Maillis also stated that he is confident that Mr. Stavrinoudakis will continue to contribute and support the development of the Group.
Mr. Stavrinoudakis thanked the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director Mr. Maillis and confirmed that he will continue to support Management efforts and future development of M.J.Maillis Group.
