June 22, 2007 M.J. MAILLIS S.A. announces that Mrs. Alexandra Konida is leaving the position of Group CFO on July 1st, 2007. The position of Group CFO will be assumed by the current CFO - International Operations, Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou. Mrs. Konida will continue to provide services to the Group as Management Advisor until August 31st, 2007.
