The company has previously announced, in response to similar press articles, that on several occasions and due to its size and international presence as well as its brand name, it receives inquiries, periodically, for cooperation from different parties and with various contents.

The company, as well as its major shareholder Mr Michael J. Maillis, have always proven that they take all necessary steps to communicate to the investment community all credible, specific and current information and will continue to do so every time conditions warrant it.
