M.J.MAILLIS S.A., announces a change in the Board of Directors. At its session on August 19, 2009 the Board of Directors elected Stilianos Stavridis to replace the resigned Member Mr.Hlias Gounaris and Mr Ioannis Lentzos to replace the resigned member Mr Victor Papaconstantinou.

Mr Stilianos Stavridis will serve as an Independent- non Executive Member and Mr Ioannis Lentzos as an Executive Member.
