MAILLIS S.A. in respect of its announcement of 28 August 2009 regarding the financial results for the period ended 30 June 2009, and in accordance with L.3340/2005 and decision 3/347/12/7/2005 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the losses before tax for the 6-month period of 2009 amounted to euro 26.4 mil. vs euro 6.9 mil. in the respective period of 2008, whereas the losses after tax and minority interests amounted to euro 24.5 mil. vs euro 7.8 mil. in the respective period of 2008.
