M.J. Maillis S.A. Packing Systems announces that Board Directors Mr. Ilias Gounaris and Mr. Victor Papaconstantinou have resigned from their position as Board Members.

The Board of Directors will soon convene to appoint the new members that will replace the resigned ones.
