M.J. MAILLIS SA, Packing Systems, announces that, Mr. Dimitrios Kouvatsos, in parallel with his duties as a Chief Restructuring Officer, will become acting CFO of the Company. Mr. Kouvatsos will have responsibilities for day to day negotiations with the lenders, suppliers, and the compilation of financial statements of the Company and all declarations included in the financial reports.
