February 6, 2006 The Board of Attica Holdings S.A. wishes to announce the sale of 9,569,070 shares
(representing 12.329% of the share capital) of Hellenic Seaways A.N.E. (ex Hellas Flying
Dolphins A.N.E.) to AMADEUS NAVIGATION S.A. at a total price of Euro 21,051,954 (€ 2.20
per share).
These shares represent the total investment of Attica in Hellenic Seaways held since January
2005.
