In accordance with the Athens Exchange regulation (2nd amendment, Government Gazette No. Β/657/25.5.2006, article 292, par. 2. c) and following the notification of the Board of the Athens Exchange on 8th June, 2006, the company's Financial Calendar is updated as per below:

- Share capital return: Euro 0.60 per share.
- Ex-coupon date: Thursday 15th June, 2006. Entitled to the share capital return are bearers of shares at the closing of the Athens Exchange session on Wednesday 14th June, 2006.
- Commencement of share capital return: Monday 10th July, 2006 via the branch network of the National Bank of Greece.

The company's Board of Directors decided on the above matters on 9th June, 2006 and a public announcement was made to that effect on the same date.
