In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9d of article 275 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, Attica Holdings S.A. informs that: a) The tax audit of the parent company for year 2005 has been completed. No additional charges are due. b) The tax audit for the subsidiary Superfast Group of Companies up to and including 2005 has been completed. Total taxes charged amount to € 175,294.87 which will appear in the 2006 results. The tax audit of Superfast Ferries Maritime S.A. and of the ship management company Superfast Ferries S.A. is currently under way.
