Attica Holdings S.A. hereby notifies that on 28th February, 2007, our company was informed of a change in its shareholding structure, according to which company MITICA LIMITED now holds 10,874,632 common bearer shares which correspond to 10.43894% of the company’s share capital.

This notification is made in accordance with Presidential Decree 51/1992 and article 282 of the Athens Exchange regulation.
