According to article 275, par. 9 and 10 and article 292 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, Attica Holdings S.A. hereby advises that the Financial Calendar 2007 is amended with respect to the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will take place on Thursday, June 14, 2007.
