Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company) announces that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), the following persons subject to the notification obligation according to article 13 of L.3340/2005, offered shares of the Company as herebelow:

a) Mr. Karkas George, Director of the Company sold 13,700 ordinary shares, of total value Euro 75,350 on 22nd February, 2008 and

b) Mr. Yannis Criticos, Director of Investor Relations, sold 4,100 ordinary shares, of total value Euro 22,550 on 22nd February, 2008.
