Attica Holdings S.A. (Issuer) announces in accordance to L.3556/2007 and following respective information received from Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. (MIG) that on 22nd February, 2008 the total percentage of participation of MIG in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has increased from 91.10% to 94.10%. This percentage of participation includes a) percentage of 12.43% corresponding to 12,946,404 shares of the Issuer which are held directly by MIG and b) percentage of 81.67% corresponding to 85,083,427 shares of the Issuer which are held by MIG through its by 100% subsidiary company, MIG Shipping S.A.

The day before the last transaction, MIG held in total, directly and indirectly, 98,003,093 shares corresponding to 94.0766% of the Issuer's voting rights.
