(the Company), pursuant to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that SIVET HOLDING INC, which is closely associated to the Managing Director and Executive Board Member of the Company Mr. Petros Vettas, bought 5,210,000 ordinary shares of Attica Group of total value Euro 29,254,775.26 on 28th February, 2008.
