Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., which is closely associated to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, proceeded to transactions as herebelow:

a) on 27.02.2008 bought 19,355 shares with total net value of Euro 106,617.62,

b) on 28.02.2008 bought 7,350 shares with total net value of Euro 40,487.72 and

c) on 28.02.2008 sold 5,210,000 shares with total net value of Euro 29,088,471.94.
