The Board of Attica Holdings S.A. announces that the last trading day of Attica's stock in its present form of bearer shares in the Athens Exchange is the 13th March, 2008. Attica's stock will cease trading on 14th March in order for the total number of shares of the company (104,173,680 shares) to be converted from bearer to nominal shares and will recommence on 20th March, 2008.
