Attica Holdings S.A. announces that it has contracted to sell its RoRo vessel Nordia, built 1991, to Compagnie Maritime Marfret of Marseilles for a total cash consideration of Euro 10,320,000. The delivery of the vessel and final payment will take place in April 2008.

At the time of conclusion of the transaction, Attica Group is expected to book capital gains of approximately Euro 3.2mln.

The Group's cash balances are expected to increase by approximately Euro 7.2mln after the repayment of the ship's debt payment of various expenses related to the transaction.
