With reference to the publication off Naftemporiki , dated 10/2/2009 regarding the Group Financial Results for the fiscal year 2008 and the Investment Plan for 2009 , the company clarifies that the Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2008 are not yet been verified from the Board of Directors and as a result of that the figures mentioned in the article are not sound. The company will issue a press release until 31/3/2009 immediately after the verification of the Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2008.

Regarding the Investment Plan for 2009, in new production lines, the company will also issue a relative announcement when it is fully determined.
