HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY AND CO INCORPORATED NEW YORK directly holds 4.943% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.038% before the transaction).
