As part of its obligation to inform investors, Hellenic Exchanges announces that the 6M 2009 financial results will be published on Wednesday July 29th 2009, and the 9M 2009 financial results will be published on Wednesday November 4th 2009.

The results will be announced after the Athens Exchange market close, at the website of the Company (http://www.helex.gr/) and Athens Exchange (http://www.athex.gr/) and will be published in the press two working days following their publication on the website of the Company.
