Floating Interest Rate of Housing Loans in Swiss Francs (CHF)

December 18, 2006 Following the decision of the Central Bank of Switzerland to rise the average rate of the Target Range of Libor 3 -month in CHF by 0.25%, Alpha Bank increases the floating rate of the housing loan in Swiss Francs as of 18.12.2006 from 1.75% to 2.00%, plus applicable margin.
