In accordance with its formal obligations under Law 3340/2005 and article 2 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision No 3/347/12.07.2005, the Company announces the replacement of Mr. Mihalis Tzanetis by Mr. Konstantinos Argyropoulos, who is appointed as the Company?s new Financial Director. During the 31 years of his career in Ethniki Insurance Company, Mr Argyropoulos has served as Deputy Financial Director, Director of International Activities and General Manager of Garanta Asigurari S.A., Ethniki's subsidiary in Romania. Mr Argyropoulos has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus.
