More specifically, the total production of the company in 2006 stood at 161,12 mil. Euros over 116,75 mil. Euros in 2005. Profits before taxes stood at 1,72 mil. Euros over 1,62 mil. Euros in 2005 marking an increase of 5.86%.
Additionally, total expenses of the company excluding investment, interest and depreciation costs amounted to 7.88% on insurance premiums and claims over 10.58% in 2005, while company's productivity increased by 37.3%
Commercial Value defrayed 26.5 mil. Euros associated with the purchase of a building in 60, Vassilissis Sofias Street to house its luxurious offices in which the company has been located since November 2006, as well as the acquisition of a division of land for the construction of an office building in 88, Vassilissis Sofias Street & 3, Lampsakou Street (opposite the US Embassy).
Finally, Commercial Value paid a total amount of 34 mil. Euros for its participation in ASPIS BANK share capital as well as for its cooperative participation with ASPIS GROUP, member of which is Commercial Value, in Cyprian companies MFS Holdings, Universal Bank and Universal Life.
