In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4 CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. (?the Company?) announces that according to Company Law 2190/1920, article 16, par. 5, and following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated July 27, 2007 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated January 22, 2008 purchase own shares in the period from 23.01.2008 to 29.01.2008 through the Merit Securities S.A., as follows:

(1) On 23.01.2008 the Company purchase 39,000 shares, with average cost price euro 1.24 per share and total purchase price euro 48,360.

(2) On 24.01.2008 the Company purchase 10,000 shares, with average cost price euro 1.34 per share and total purchase price euro 13,400.
