According to the program of Intended Corporate Acts of our company, within the frame of providing the public with accurate and prompt information and in accordance to the Article 292.2 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, the Management of F.G Europe S.A announces the following:

The Annual Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the company will be published on Tuesday, February 28, 2006.

The Annual presentation of the Company's Financial Results to the Financial Community will take place on Thursday, March 16, 2006.

The Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the company's Shareholders will take place on Thursday, May 25,2006.

The Board of Directors will not propose to the Ordinary General Assembly the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2005.
