January 18, 2007 The Management of F.G. EUROPE S.A., announces that its 40% subsidiary company R.F. ENERGY S.A., purchased the 100% of the shares of KALLISTΙ ENERGΥ S.A., which possesses a wind park installation license of 15MW. The construction works for the wind park will begin within the year 2007.
