FG Europe S.A. announces to the investment community that the ASE Board of Directors, during a meeting held on September 4th, 2008, approved the appointment of Merit Securities S.A. as Market Maker for the shares of FG Europe S.A. and defined September 8th, 2008 as market making commencement date. FG Europe S.A. has already entered a market making contract agreement with Merit Securities S.A. under the following terms:

1.Merit Securities S.A. will insert to the ASE trading platform market making orders (i.e. instant quotes of bid and ask orders), for own account, on the Company's shares, in accordance with current legislation. FG Europe S.A. will accordingly pay to Merit Securities S.A. the agreed fee for these services rendered.

2.The market making contract agreement between FG Europe S.A. and Merit Securities S.A. will be of one (1) year term, effective as of the market making commencement date.
