Announcement to investment community for the approval of 2006 Financial Statements
January 30, 2007 Piraeus Bank hereby informs the investors that its Board of Director's approved the 2006 Financial Statements (separate and consolidated) on January 30, 2007. As already announced, Piraeus Bank shall communicate the 2006 Financial Results tomorrow, January 31, 2007. The scheduled Announcement of 2006 FY Results, New Business Plan's Targets for the period 2007-2010 and Conference Call with Analysts, shall also take place tomorrow, 31/01/2007, at 18.00 hrs. The 2006 Financial Statements and the Summary Financial Data (separate and consolidated) shall be posted on the Piraeus Bank and the Athens Stock Exchange site on February 14, 2007 and shall be published in the press on February 15, 2007.
