August 7, 2008 Piraeus Bank announces that on August 05, 2008 Mr Konstantinos Liapis son of Ioannis, Executive Officer, sold in the Athens Exchange 2.848 Piraeus Bank common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 54.459,60 and on August 06, 2008 sold 4.677 Piraeus Bank common shares for the aggregate amount of Euro 92.230,44.
