3. Thursday 14st May 2009: Presentation to the Analysts.

4. Friday 29th May 2009: Announcement of Q1 2009 Financial Results.

5. Saturday 30th May 2009: Publication of Q1 2009 Financial Results.

6. Wednesday 24th June 2009: Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

7. Friday 28th August 2009: Announcement of Q2 2009 Financial Results.

8. Saturday 29th August 2009: Publication of Q2 2009 Financial Results.

9. Friday 27th November 2009: Announcement of Q3 2009 Financial Results.

10. Saturday 28th November 2009: Publication of Q3 2009 Financial Results.

The financial results will be announced after the market closing of the Athens Exchange the respective dates.

No dividend payment will take place for the fiscal year 2008.
