In response to your letter with protocol number 7610/06.03.2008, ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI informs that, in application of the Group's restructuring plan including the consolidation of various entities under the same line of business, has initiated the merger process of its subsidiaries Aioliki Paneiou S.A., Terpandros Aiolika Parks S.A. and Antissas S.A., via absorption by other subidiary Tetrapolis Aiolika Parks S.A. which operate in the renewable sector.

This way transparency and financial optimization are assured. Moreover, the final corporate name of the new post merger entity will be decided at the appropriate time by the competent bodies. Following the completion of the mergers the subsequent actions will be decided taking also into consideration the listing of the company in the ATHEX depending on the conditions that will prevail both in the domestic and the international markets

Additionally, pursuant to the improvement of the performance of the new Thisvi unit that operates in the energy sector in Greece, there are discussions for full spin off of the Thisvi project from EDISON and ELTEB to the EDISON & ELPE joint venture, in which ELTEB will also participate. These discussions are underway and no final decision has been taken as yet.

In any case, the company will inform the investment community, for any further developments regarding the above issues.
