(bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 (16), (bb) and 21), in combination with the provision of article 11 of Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that he proceeded to the purchase of 10,000 common registered shares of the Company on 12.03.2008, with a total net value of Euro 78,000.00, a transaction that was disclosed on us in accordance with article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
