Mr. Leonidas Bobolas informs that its participation and its voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA changed, as following: Date of transaction when his total participation percentage exceeds 15%: 5/12/2008.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transaction: a) direct participation: 23,639,046 common registered voting shares or 13.355% and b) indirect participation: 2,905,000 common registered voting shares or 1.641% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.

Number of shares and equal number of voting rights after the transaction: a) direct participation: 23,675,567 common registered voting shares or 13.376% and b) indirect participation: 2,905,000 common registered voting shares or 1.641% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.
